A Green flash (in this case an even much less frequent Blue flash) is a rare optical phenomenon that occurs shortly after sunset or before sunrise, when a green spot is visible for a short period of time above the sun. If you move the cursor over the image you can see the evolution towards the blue. About two seconds passed between the two images.
